Paula Solorio

Paula Solorio has practiced immigration law since 1992 and is a California State Bar Certified Specialist in Immigration and Nationality Law. Her work spans complex family matters, naturalization, removal defense and the immigration consequences of criminal convictions, including reported decisions before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.

A Stanford University and Stanford Law School graduate, Paula has been recognized for her legal advocacy and has volunteered with leading immigrant-rights organizations. She is fluent in English and Spanish.

Emma Gallardo, Partner

Emma Gallardo

Emma Gallardo joined Fellom & Solorio in 2015 and is a California State Bar Certified Specialist in Immigration and Nationality Law. Her practice includes family-based consular processing, adjustment of status, naturalization, waivers, U visas, removal defense, DACA and TPS.

Emma earned her law degree from the University of California, Davis, after studying at Mills College. Her family’s history as migrant farmworkers informs her compassionate approach, commitment to social justice and creative problem-solving.

Pablo Lastra

Pablo Lastra has practiced immigration law since 2013 and is a California State Bar Certified Specialist in Immigration and Nationality Law. He represents clients in family and humanitarian matters, removal proceedings, complex criminal-immigration cases, business immigration and federal litigation.

Born and raised in Mexico City, Pablo earned his law degree from Harvard Law School after a career in journalism. He is fully fluent in English and Spanish.

Celeste Magaña

Celeste Magaña is an associate attorney who has practiced immigration law since 2021. She represents clients seeking U visas, immigrant visas through consular processing, asylum, cancellation of removal, adjustment of status, Temporary Protected Status, advance parole and military parole-in-place.

A Bay Area native, Celeste earned her law degree from Golden Gate University School of Law and graduated magna cum laude from California State University, Long Beach. She is fully fluent in English and Spanish.
